REFUND POLICY

1. No Returns

All corsets are made to order, therefore returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order; however, a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD will be withheld.

If only the deposit was paid
• The $100 deposit is non-refundable, and the cancellation is completed without additional charges.

If the full amount was paid
• A refund will be issued minus the non-refundable $100 deposit.
• The remaining balance will be returned to the customer.

3. Important Notes
• The deposit covers materials and production time already allocated to your custom order.
• Once production is completed and the corset is ready for shipping, the order cannot be cancelled.
