We offer worldwide international shipping without country restrictions.

All international shipments are handled by Nova Poshta Global.
Express shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Costs

International shipping costs range from $40 to $60 USD, depending on the destination country.

Please note:
Some countries may require the recipient to pay customs or import duties according to local regulations. These fees are not included in the order total and must be covered by the customer.

4. Production & Dispatch Time
• Production time for each corset: 2–7 days.
• Times may vary depending on the season and the complexity of the design.
• Your order will be shipped immediately after it is finished.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Tracking is available on the Nova Poshta website.
You can request your tracking number via Instagram Direct.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged by the courier, we offer:
• a full refund, or
• a replacement corset, made and shipped at no extra cost.

Important:
If your order arrives damaged, you must record photos or videos at the moment of receiving the parcel. This is required to file a claim with the courier service and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns are not accepted, as each corset is made individually to order and tailored to the customer.
